Job Description:
Band Staff Constables play an important role in police forces by participating in ceremonial events, parades, and official gatherings. Through their musical performances, they are responsible for maintaining the discipline and prestige of the police force.
Key Responsibilities:
Performing at Official Events: Band staff constables perform during national festivities, police ceremonies, and other official events.
Parade Duties: They take part in parades and public events, performing musical numbers to represent the police force.
Maintaining Musical Instruments: Band staff are responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of their assigned instruments.
Team Coordination: They collaborate to synchronize performances and rehearse often to ensure high-quality musical standards.
Special Performances: They may also be called to perform in public outreach events to strengthen community engagement.
Location: The selected candidates will be appointed in the following Cities:
Lahore,Sheikhpoora,Gujranwala,Faisalabad,Sargodha,Shiwal,Multan,Dera Ghazi Khan,Bahalwarpur,Police Training College Lahore,Police Training College Sargodha,Rawalpindi (Rawat),Telecommunication,Punjab constubariy Farooq abad
Eligibility Cateria:
✔ Education: The required qualification is Metric
✔ Age Limit: Applicants must be between18 to 30 years old.
✔ Musical Skills: Must have experience in playing musical instruments such as drums, trumpets, flutes, etc.
✔ Nationality: Must be a citizen of Pakistan.
Quota for minorities will be 05% and for Women and Ex-military personnel will be 10%
Hiring Process:
The recruiting board will supervise the hiring process, and candidates will go through a transparent process before being hired if they satisfy the requirements and are deemed qualified. The officials were instructed by IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar that the hiring process should be clear and transparent, without any bribery or favoritism.
