What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Education:
- Graduation (minimum) from an HEC-recognized institution
- Master’s degree holders will be preferred
✔️ Experience:
- 10+ years in consumer/branch banking or sales/business development
- 3+ years in a regional or area-level leadership role
✔️ Skills That Set You Apart:
- Proven sales leadership with solid negotiation and team-building capabilities
- Deep market knowledge and a strong customer focus
- Proficiency in MS Office and understanding of banking products (Conventional & Islamic)
