Project Implementation Unit – Improving Workforce Readiness in Punjab (ADB-Funded)

The Government of the Punjab, under the Asian Development Bank (ADB)-funded initiative “Improving Workforce Readiness in Punjab Project,” invites applications from highly qualified and experienced professionals for the following contract-based position:

Project Manager (Civil Works)

Project Payscale – 8

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering OR a relevant Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management (or equivalent).

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, especially in managing civil works projects in leadership roles.
  • Proven expertise in contract management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with:
  • Prior experience working on foreign-funded projects.
  • Experience with international, government, or organizational institutions.
  • Previous experience of working in Punjab.

Age Limit: Up to 55 years

Key Information:

  1. Contract Basis: Appointment will be purely on a contractual basis.
