Position: Principal (Female)
Nature of Employment: Contractual (Initially for 2 years, extendable based on performance)
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Arts/Science with at least 2nd Division OR B.Ed/M.Ed/Master’s in Education from an HEC-recognized university.
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience as Principal, Vice Principal, or Head Mistress in a reputable English-medium secondary school.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, public relations, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with students, parents, public, and media.
- Maximum age limit: 55 years.
- Attractive monthly salary package: Rs. 70,000–75,000 (all-inclusive).
