1. Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) Manager
No. of Posts: 01
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum BE in Engineering (Mechanical preferred). Candidates without BE but possessing relevant professional education (Bachelor’s or Master’s) are also encouraged to apply.
- Certifications or training in ILS and relevant software skills are desirable.
- Proficiency in software for analysis, such as:
- Reliability Software
- Life Cycle Cost Software
- Relex / EDCAS / EAGLE
- MS Office Suite
- Illustration Tools (Creo / Adobe Illustrator)
- 3 to 4 years of relevant industry experience is required.
2. Quality Assurance / Quality Control Qualification Engineer / Manager (QA/QM)
No. of Posts: 01
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum BE in Mechanical / Materials Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- 3–4 years’ experience in quality assurance in the manufacturing or engineering industry.
- Candidates with certifications in Inspection & Testing will be preferred.
- Skilled in CAD, FEA software, and SPC / Six Sigma.
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent preferred.
- Familiarity with QMS standards like ISO 9001 / AS9100.
- Experience in handling quality assurance in engineering design, manufacturing, and inspection.
- Knowledge of Material Failure Analysis, FMEA, and microstructure interpretation.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Hands-on experience with quality report preparation and destructive / non-destructive testing methods.
3. Information Technology (IT) Manager
No. of Posts: 01
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of IT infrastructure and systems management experience.
- Proficiency in enterprise hardware, server management, virtualization, and network technologies.
- Strong grasp of cybersecurity, ERP systems, data recovery, and storage management.
- Experience with IT governance, procurement, and compliance policies.
- BS or MS in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Engineering / Cybersecurity or related fields.
- Industry-recognized certifications in Networking, Cybersecurity, or System Administration are mandatory.
4. Electronics Engineer
No. of Posts: 01
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum BE / BS in Electronics Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- 3–4 years of experience in the electronics sector.
- Strong command over electronic components, microcontrollers, FPGAs, and development tools.
- Skilled in hardware and software integration with excellent communication and teamwork.
- Capable of designing efficient electronic systems and ensuring functional integrity through verification processes.
