پنجاب حکومت نے وزیراعلیٰ مریم نواز شریف کی سربراہی میں ایک انقلابی اقدام کیا ہے جس کے تحت کم آمدنی والے اور بے گھر خاندانوں کو مفت 3 مرلہ رہائشی پلاٹ دیے جائیں گے۔ یہ اسکیم عوام کو باعزت اور محفوظ رہائش فراہم کرنے کے عزم کا حصہ ہے، تاکہ ہر شہری کو اپنا گھر میسر ہو۔
مرلہ پلاٹ اسکیم کا تعارف
یہ اسکیم 13 جنوری 2025 کو باضابطہ طور پر لانچ کی گئی، جو کہ “اپنی چھت، اپنا گھر” پروگرام کا ایک اہم جزو ہے۔ افتتاحی تقریب کالا شاہ کاکو کے زہرا ہومز/مسکن راوی اسکیم میں منعقد ہوئی، جہاں 100 خاندانوں کو ان کے نئے گھروں کی چابیاں اور الاٹمنٹ لیٹرز دیے گئے۔

اہلیت کے اصول
اس اسکیم سے فائدہ اٹھانے کے لیے درج ذیل شرائط پر پورا اترنا لازمی ہے:
- رہائش: درخواست دہندہ کا پنجاب کا مستقل رہائشی ہونا ضروری ہے۔
- جائیداد کی ملکیت: درخواست دہندہ کے نام پر کوئی زمین یا جائیداد رجسٹرڈ نہیں ہونی چاہیے۔
- آمدنی کی حیثیت: کم آمدنی یا مالی طور پر غیر مستحکم خاندانوں کے افراد اہل ہیں۔
- دستاویزات: شناختی کارڈ، آمدنی اور رہائش کا ثبوت فراہم کرنا ہوگا۔
نوٹ: زیادہ تنخواہ پانے والے سرکاری ملازمین اس اسکیم کے لیے اہل نہیں ہوں گے۔
رجسٹریشن کا طریقہ کار
فی الحال آن لائن رجسٹریشن پورٹل زیرِ تعمیر ہے، تاہم، دلچسپی رکھنے والے افراد کو چاہیے کہ وہ اپنی مطلوبہ دستاویزات تیار رکھیں اور سرکاری اعلانات سے باخبر رہیں۔ رجسٹریشن کے بعد کا عمل کچھ یوں ہوگا:

- راولپنڈی ڈویژن: 4 اضلاع میں 5 اسکیموں کے تحت 658 پلاٹس
- فیصل آباد ڈویژن: 5 اضلاع میں 4 اسکیموں کے تحت 288 پلاٹس
- لاہور ریجن: 3 اضلاع میں 5 اسکیموں کے تحت 518 پلاٹس
- بھکر ریجن: 7 اسکیموں کے تحت 131 پلاٹس
- ملتان ریجن: 5 اضلاع میں 9 اسکیموں کے تحت 270 پلاٹس
- بہاولپور ڈویژن: 3 اسکیموں کے تحت 27 پلاٹس
