
The Government of Punjab, in collaboration with the World Bank, is implementing the Punjab Family Planning Program (PFPP) to accelerate progress in population welfare and health services. Applications are invited from qualified professionals to serve as individual consultants under a performance-based contract.
Available Positions:
1. Director – Program Implementation
- Position Code: PPS 12
- No. of Posts: 01
- Qualification: Master’s Degree in Public Health, Medical Management, or equivalent
- Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of documented, verifiable experience in health or development sectors
- Proven track record in project management, preferably managing large-scale public health projects
- Familiarity with field-based project implementation is essential
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in health-related development programs
2. Additional Program Director
- Position Code: PPS 11
- No. of Posts: 02
- Qualification: MBBS / MD with Postgraduate Degree in Public Health, Healthcare Management, or relevant field (recognized by HEC or PMDC)
- Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of verifiable experience in health projects, particularly after post-graduation
- Solid understanding of population and family planning programming
- Proven ability in project coordination, development of training materials, and working with public sector guidelines
- Candidates with experience in donor-funded programs will be given preference
