Eligibility Criteria
- Gender: Male/Female
- Age: Not more than 50 years
- Medical Fitness: Required
- Skills: Strong communication, administrative, and management capabilities
Qualifications
For Retired Armed Forces Officers:
- MA/MSc/MS in any Social Sciences discipline
- Minimum of 15 years of commissioned service (preferably from the Education Branch)
For Civilians:
- MA/MSc/MS in Social Sciences
- B.Ed or M.Ed is mandatory
- Minimum 15 years of teaching and administrative experience at College/Secondary/Primary School level
Ineligibility Conditions
Applicants will not be considered if they:
- Were prematurely removed or dismissed from any post in government or non-government institutions
- Were removed from any Fazaia institution on disciplinary or misconduct grounds
- Have a history of moral turpitude, financial embezzlement, or criminal offenses
Note: All applicants must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their previous institution
Pay & Perks
- Selected candidate will receive a competitive salary package
- Contract-based position, renewable annually based on performance
